Making the Cordial: Combine every components inside a pan, bring to a simmer, agitating so the sugar melts. Next, take off the burner allowing it to cool down fully. Decant into a sterilised bottle, close it and refrigerate it chilled, it can be stored for up to one month.

For the Batch Mix: Pour every spirits and syrup into one big jug, allow it to infuse for one hour, then filter it , ideally through muslin, so it's fully clarified.

To serve: Measure 85ml of your premix into your cocktail shaker filled with ice, gently stirring gently for a minute to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, decorate with some cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a light spray of the essential oil over the top.
